She has worked across Europe and globally in industries such as maritime and energy, helping shape teams and assisting professionals to navigate career transitions with clarity and confidence.

Katerina is passionate about empowering women, creating safe spaces for growth, and helping individuals reconnect with their strengths and purpose. She believes that when people understand their unique value, they can build careers and lives that feel truly fulfilling.
