I am passionate about all things sustainability, not just the environmental side, but also the human aspect, which is often overlooked. For me, true sustainability includes human well-being, building strong communities and creating spaces where people can thrive.
I moved to the Netherlands alone in 2020 from England, which was both exciting and challenging. I know firsthand what it feels like to be in a new place, feeling a little lost and needing support. That experience made me passionate about inclusion, resilience and the power of community. I studied Public Administration, specialising in economics, sustainability and local development, and have worked as a research assistant on sustainability projects. Making a real impact has always been important to me.
I’m a proud plant mum and in my free time, I love taking care of my plants – especially in the summer when I’m growing vegetables! I also enjoy reading a variety of books and engaging in hands-on, screen-free activities like exploring nature, completing puzzles and baking. Travelling and yoga are also passions of mine, though I haven’t practised much recently.
